When Caesar says “the skies are painted with unnumber’d sparks”
He could be saying that fate is like the sparks because sparks don’t last long and they disappear quickly, Caesar says that fate does not last long and it can disappear instantly.

Caesar uses figurative language in this part of the play. He uses metaphors such as “but I am as constant as the northern star” Caesar is saying that he is as important as the star and noting could replace him. Caesar also says that “there is no fellow in the firmament. The skies are painted with unnumber’d sparks” when Caesar says this he says that there is no fate in the stars and the sparks in the night are the stars and how they flash in the night.
